* Every patient admitted to our services has their own RN case manager and is evaluated within the first 24 hours. Our agency offers true 24 hour care, 7 days a week with on call RN's and LVN's to better serve patients.

*Hospice is philosophy of care. The hospice philosophy or viewpoint accepts death as the final stage of life. The goal of hospice is to help patients live their last days as alert and pain-free as possible. Hospice affirms life and neither hastens nor postpones death.
